Oregon, Colorado, and California annual supply reports (CY2025 data) were due May 31, 2026 - that date is past. California also had a baseline producer report (CY2023 data) due the same day; its individual source-reduction plan is due August 1, 2026, with early fee invoices expected around August 2026. Verified against the CAA Producer Resource Center on July 16, 2026 - regulatory state drifts, so check the official source.
